How does Enertiv pricing work?
We charge a one-time setup fee and an annual subscription.
Set up fee: covers the on-site surveys, asset tagging, utility bill sync, software setup, onboarding, training, ongoing support, and hardware installation when applicable.
Annual subscription: Based on square footage or per unit for multifamily and hospitality. The more properties you bring on, the lower the SF price, per-unit price, and hardware costs

Do I own the hardware?
You own the hardware. In the Subscription Model, terminating the subscription early may require covering the hardware cost.
Who owns the data collected?
You will always retain ownership of your data. We reserve the right to use aggregated data to train our machine-learning models.
