Management team
Enertiv’s management team is made up of 6 members: three cofounders and three advisors. Our cofounders have been working on developing energy monitoring solutions together since 2007. We have a combined 11 years of experience researching energy saving technologies, starting with solar panel monitoring, moving on to residential energy consumption monitoring and finally the commercial energy consumption monitoring. We have expertise in three critical areas: technology, sales, and finances. It goes beyond simply being strong in these areas; we are each passionate about what we do.
Connell McGill
Connell is responsible for our sales and marketing efforts. Prior to founding Enertiv, he was a Project Manager at The New England Consulting Group, where his focus was on marketing strategy for clients such as Pfizer, Reynolds, McDonald’s, Syngenta and Bayer. He led a business development initiative at the firm, selling Fortune 100 executives $500,000+ consulting projects. Before NECG, he was an energy analyst for Momentum Bay Consulting, a green building consultancy in Texas, where his interest in the areas of green building, energy management, and sustainability originated. Connell graduated from Babson College with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy.

Pavel Khodorkovskiy
Pavel is responsible for our technology. He works on hardware, embedded software and database development for the back-end functionality, and web application development for the customer interface. He has 3 years of work experience in project management and software development, working as an Internet Projects Director at a leading web media company, New Media Internet. He has led the development and launch of several news, online video and corporate websites and as a result brings both programming and managerial skills to the team. Pavel graduated from Babson College with concentrations in Business Administration and Managing Information Systems.

Olesya Khodorkovskaya
Olesya is our Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for budget planning, accounting, and securing equity and debt financing for the venture. She prepares our financial forecasts and ensures the team stays on track in achieving our milestones. Prior to joining Enertiv, Olesya worked as an Investment Banking Associate (Bear Stearns). She participated in six equity deals generating $1.6 billion in public offerings and LBO transactions requiring $3.8 billion in debt financings. She also has six years of experience working in technology (MetLife, Dmind), performing business and systems analysis, designing specifications for large IT systems and developing web applications. Olesya has an MBA degree from Stern Business School with specializations in Finance and Accounting.
